T.A.B - Theory of Life
This is a project I started with a friend of mine. I got booted from his old band and I decided to help him out. Unfortunately he was not able to sing due to health and money issues. But, he will be soon. At the moment all I have is a demo with my voice in it. Enjoy it until everything is done.

Description
In 2002, when I was recording m.A.d, and looking for musicians, I posted a flyer at guitar center. I also saw a flyer that needed a guitar player so I took it, went home and gave them a call. It was a group of three guys that wanted to play alternative music. All I wanted to do was play metal. I've never been interested in alternative music, but what ever, I gave it a try. All I did was grab the guitar, played one scale, and I was in.
They basically needed a guitar player for a recording they booked on a studio. I told them I was not going to do that. I was already recording songs for m.A.d and I didn't have enough time to learn their entire record in less than a day. But, I was willing to form a band and work on new material after the recording was done. Long story short, they lied to Ted. They went to the studio and recorded they're fail demo without him.
It was all for the better anyway. That record sounded like shit to be honest and these people never got anything done professionally. I told Ted to not worry about it. I was going to help him out get his dream come true by recording the entire album musical and have him song for the songs. So, he gave me some tapes for me to listen to so that I can start writing everything. I got to be honest, nothing made sense. Most of the songs were broken ideas played while they were drunk.
I was determined to get this done, so focused on the ones that had the most structure and started adding my own compositions. Which, In the end pretty much everything was my composition. Within one week all the musical was done and ready to laydown the vocals. Mind you that, I had to put m.A.d on hold for this. But, he was my friend, a good friend and I was not going to let him down like his friends did.
We tried to get his vocals for almost a year, but his health and financial problems kept getting worse. We had to let this dream go. I went back to finish my record and Ted went back home to Detroit. We still speak and we have made a deal that we will finish this project before we die, lol. The world will see this record done. He is going to move soon to Florida and I will be able to get his vocal performance.
